Feride and the two judges

Feride is asking Mr Erol to give his professional opinion about what happened. The fire expert is confirming that he found 3 bottles of gasoline around the house that were used to cause the fire and it is definitely arson and not an accident.

 

F: Since the court is convinced of the murder of Mrs Nihan and her daughter to stop them to give their evidence and convinced this murder will directly affect the case of Nazif Kara we have decided to extend the arrest of the suspect and will have a new hearing on May 15th 1974 at 9:30 to allow the investigation to continue and discuss the new evidence.

Safiye is thanking Feride for her effort to save her husband and son from execution and describing her as a miracle for her family. Safiye is promising Feride a better future with her son and saying that happiness and love is within their reach.

 

Necdet and Turgut prison visit

MS asks Sinan to not let him call his father about this issue, but Sinan says his father is no long here, he is now the manager of this newspaper.

 

His conversation with Sinan shocked him and he suffered from a heart attack as his chauffeur was about to drive him back home.

 

Erdal comes to the Kara’s home.
